About the role
The HR Operations Partner will be the primary point of contact for all HR and employee matters in our Saudi Arabia operations. You will ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, support a multi‑region workforce, and leverage AI and social media tools to attract talent and strengthen our employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Iqama processes, GOSI registrations, and monthly contributions for expatriate staff.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Human Resources for work permits, Nitaqat tracking, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor government portals (Muqeem, Qiwa) to keep employee records current and compliant.
- Stay updated on Saudi Labour Law and advise management on regulatory changes.
- Develop and maintain hiring policy guides for the Middle East, Europe, and APAC regions.
- Collaborate with Employer of Record (EOR) providers to ensure compliant employment arrangements where the company lacks a legal entity.
- Support cross‑border mobility, including visa sponsorship, work permits, and relocation policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on contracts, benefits, leave, payroll, and HR policies.
- Oversee employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, probation tracking, and off‑boarding.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic speaker (required).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, Iqama, GOSI, and Nitaqat requirements.
- Experience handling HR operations and compliance in a multi‑region environment.
- Ability to advise hiring managers on employment regulations across the Middle East, Europe, and APAC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
