About the role
Mannai Group is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and seeks a proactive HR and Admin Manager to lead HR operations, government relations and office administration in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and supporting the automotive business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and administration activities across Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate government relations with ministries and authorities.
- Handle vehicle registration, ownership transfers, renewals and clearance through portals such as TAMM, Absher, FASAH and ZATCA.
- Maintain employee records on Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI and Mudad.
- Oversee visa processing, Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers and related documentation.
- Support Saudization compliance and Saudi labour law requirements.
- Lead onboarding, off‑boarding, joining formalities and exit documentation.
- Ensure accurate HR records, contracts and official documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave and employee benefits.
- Manage office facilities, vendor coordination and general support services.
- Provide HR reports and updates to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 + years of HR operations, administration and government‑relations experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, Saudization and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Well‑organized, reliable and able to work independently.
