HR Transformation Consultant – Oracle HCM (All Levels) – KSA

About the role

Deloitte is seeking professionals at all experience levels to join its Human Capital – HR Transformation practice, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients to design, deliver, and optimise HR transformation solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Conduct pre‑sales engagements to showcase Oracle HCM capabilities and understand client HR processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and define architecture for HR transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s broader HR Transformation team to develop HR strategies and improve client HR operations.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables on schedule, ensuring a superior client experience.
• Partner with client HR functional leads (e.g., Head of Talent, Head of HR Services) to align outcomes and manage risks.
• Lead functional workstreams as a subject‑matter expert, allocating tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing work.
• Assist with project management activities to keep projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
