Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified, organized, and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our engineering consultancy in Riyadh. The role involves managing daily HR operations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee affairs.
• Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, job offers, and other HR documentation.
• Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and handle employee requests.
• Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow‑up.
• Liaise with Finance for payroll, deductions, allowances, overtime, and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Handle HR‑related government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, memos, and official correspondence.
• Monitor probation periods, performance evaluations, and keep employee files up to date.
• Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and internal forms.
• Generate regular HR reports for management.
• Use HR systems and internal platforms to manage employee data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Previous experience in engineering consultancy, construction, contracting or professional services is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jisr HR system.
• Proficiency in Odoo.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
