Inclusion & Diversity Specialist

About the role

The Inclusion & Diversity & Employee Experience Specialist will champion an inclusive workplace culture. This role blends strategic I&D initiatives with hands‑on execution of employee engagement, facility branding, and HR administrative support. You will be the primary point of contact for internal communications, site‑wide events, and visits from external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement I&D programs that promote belonging and equity.
• Support Employee Resource Groups and coordinate culture‑building activities.
• Plan and execute team‑building events, town halls, and site‑wide celebrations.
• Own the internal newsletter, showcasing company news, I&D achievements, and employee spotlights.
• Manage facility branding to reflect the organization’s identity and values.
• Coordinate logistics for high‑level site visits, including leadership teams, government officials, and key customers.
• Prepare the facility environment for all external guests.
• Support HR processes related to contractor hiring and onboarding.
• Provide administrative assistance for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and facility coordination.
• Maintain records and documentation for HR and event‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling newsletters and announcements.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and comfort interacting with senior leadership and external representatives.
