Human Capital Coordinator

About the role

The Human Capital (HC) Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HC department, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple HR functions. This role acts as a liaison between employees, managers and other departments to guarantee accurate and timely processing of HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HC operations and respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, collect required documents, and arrange orientation sessions.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including clearance, exit interviews and updating employee files.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, prepare employment letters, certificates and other HC documentation.
• Assist recruitment teams by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and keeping recruitment trackers current.
• Administer attendance and leave records, follow up on missing information and generate regular reports.
• Contribute to the implementation and communication of HC policies and procedures while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Human Capital or HR administration.
• Demonstrated ability to handle employee records, onboarding, offboarding and recruitment support.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
