Infrastructure Management Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Management Manager will ensure optimal performance, reliability and security of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves continuous evaluation, improvement and strategic planning to support the airport network’s growth and disaster recovery needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate performance of networks, servers and communication systems, identifying improvement areas.
• Configure, implement and maintain firewalls, encryption solutions, servers and internet connectivity.
• Conduct penetration testing and security assessments to protect databases and IT assets.
• Design and oversee comprehensive support and upgrade plans to minimise operational disruptions.
• Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets for infrastructure requirements.
• Develop and maintain IT asset management and disaster recovery procedures, including regular testing.
• Monitor industry trends, capacity planning and scalability to align with business growth.
• Lead and develop direct reports, ensuring compliance with policies and reporting progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Intermediate or advanced ITIL certification and certified expertise in Project Management.
• Experience with IT Help Desk / Service Desk operations.
