Integration Development Data Engineering Team Leader

About the role

The Integration Development Data Engineering Team Leader will drive the bank’s data integration strategy, overseeing the design, implementation and continuous improvement of integration solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute data integration development plans aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Develop, maintain and enforce integration policies, procedures and standards.
• Lead cross‑functional integration projects, coordinating with multiple divisions and stakeholders.
• Identify, design and implement process improvements and automation to enhance service quality.
• Monitor performance, establish improvement methodologies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain capabilities for integration technologies, tools and resources.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate data integration engineers, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Represent the integration function in strategic committees and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
• 6‑8 years of experience with data integration development tools and techniques.
• 6‑8 years of management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
