The Data Analytics / Customer Intelligence Specialist transforms raw consumer data into predictive, actionable commercial intelligence. Working at the crossroads of data science and business strategy, the role translates complex customer behaviours into optimized commercial strategies that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and validate propensity models to forecast churn, upgrade likelihood and product affinity.
• Conduct granular behavioural analysis on multi‑structured datasets to uncover hidden patterns, journey friction points and lifecycle stages.
• Own end‑to‑end commercial analytics frameworks that measure marketing ROI and portfolio performance.
• Develop, maintain and refresh corporate dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, delivering real‑time metrics to executive leadership.
• Extract, clean and manipulate large transactional and profile datasets from enterprise data warehouses.
• Partner with product development and marketing teams, turning analytical insights into commercial recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional experience in an analytics‑focused role.
• Background in banking analytics, customer intelligence, predictive statistics or commercial analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data findings into business‑focused recommendations.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Python for statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
• Power BI or Tableau for building production‑ready interactive dashboards.
