Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist will lead the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement programmes, training‑related communications and HR employer branding initiatives. The role ensures strong participation, effective budget use and measurable impact while aligning with the CCBCSA brand and communication standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of internal events, town halls, workshops, training sessions and engagement initiatives.
• Develop structured communication plans covering pre‑event, on‑site and post‑event activities.
• Manage event and engagement budgets within approved limits.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor proposals and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Design and deliver internal communication campaigns aligned with HR priorities and company culture.
• Drive participation in engagement and training initiatives through structured communication planning.
• Ensure alignment with CCBCSA brand guidelines and corporate messaging.
• Track digital engagement metrics and optimise content performance.
• Develop and manage internal communication content (visual, digital and written) across internal platforms.
• Maintain organised communication records, engagement databases and reporting trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management or employer branding.
