IT Manager (Pre-Opening) – Hotel

About the role

The IT Manager will lead technology services for the pre‑opening phase of DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Olaya North, ensuring robust IT infrastructure across the property and supporting guest and staff technology needs. You will work closely with the Area Director of Technology Services and property management to align IT initiatives with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimize LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve user technical issues related to personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training and support.
• Oversee compliance with Hilton Technology Network standards, manage shared technology resources and backup procedures.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious delivery.
