AV Support Specialist

About the role

Maintain the operational readiness of meeting‑room audio‑visual and video‑conferencing systems. Conduct routine checks, resolve technical issues, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure meeting spaces are consistently available for use.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled checks of displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels and related accessories.
• Provide on‑site technical support for audio, video, connectivity and control‑system incidents.
• Execute preventive maintenance, log faults and coordinate repairs with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory of AV equipment, accessories and spare devices.
• Record incidents, actions and resolutions in the IT service‑management system and generate status reports.
• Follow IT operational procedures, change‑management and cybersecurity requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AV support, video‑conferencing or related technical roles.
• Ability to acquire and update technical skills relevant to the position.
• Strong problem‑solving capability and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Awareness of health, safety and environmental procedures.
