IT Specialist – ERP, Network & Telephony

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to oversee and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure across all branches in Riyadh. The role ensures stable connectivity, seamless communication, and optimal performance of ERP, network, telephony and biometric attendance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support the Odoo ERP platform, including user management, access rights and system optimisation.
• Design, monitor and maintain network equipment – routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi access points – to guarantee secure and reliable connectivity.
• Manage Grandstream IP‑PBX and VOIP telephony solutions, providing internal and external communication support.
• Implement and sustain branch‑to‑branch VPN links, ensuring data synchronisation and business continuity.
• Deploy and integrate fingerprint biometric attendance devices with central HR systems across locations.
• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software and network issues in multiple sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, performance monitoring and documentation of IT services.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, maintenance and technical assistance.
• Enforce IT security standards, backup procedures and data protection policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP administration.
• Strong background in network administration and multi‑site VPN environments.
• Experience configuring Grandstream VOIP/IP‑PBX systems.
• Knowledge of biometric attendance device integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate; valid transferable Iqama for non‑Saudis.
