IT Support Specialist – Saudi National (Riyadh)

About the role

WSP is expanding its major roads and highways construction project in Riyadh and seeks a Saudi national IT Support Specialist. The role will provide first‑ and second‑line support to project staff across office and site locations, ensuring continuous operation of hardware, software, networks and collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Manage user accounts, password resets, permissions and access rights, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Record, monitor and close tickets in accordance with service standards.
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity; assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and third‑party vendors for escalation and resolution.
• Maintain server rooms, network equipment and site communications infrastructure as required.
• Ensure meeting rooms, video‑conferencing and presentation systems are operational.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience (≈60 months).
• Proven ability to work on construction or field‑based projects.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
