IVR Developer

About the role

Avensys is looking for an experienced IVR Developer to design, build, and maintain automated telephony solutions for our clients. You will work on voice‑driven applications that enable self‑service across multiple platforms and integrate with backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and VXML applications.
• Integrate IVR solutions with CRM databases, web services, and APIs.
• Configure and support platforms such as Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco, and Twilio.
• Ensure reliable telephony communication using SIP and VoIP protocols.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise call routing and user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience developing IVR systems.
• Strong understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP).
• Proven ability to work with backend databases (SQL, Oracle) and integrate APIs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
