Junior Data Scientist

About the role

Our partner is looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join their remote team and work on Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Digital Assets, FinTech, AI, and Machine Learning projects. The role involves analyzing crypto and financial datasets, building predictive models, identifying trends, and developing data‑driven solutions for the digital asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial, and transactional datasets.
• Perform data analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Build and evaluate machine learning models using Python and SQL.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and market insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Clean, transform, and validate large datasets and work with APIs, databases, and real‑time data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL programming abilities.
• Knowledge of machine learning, statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Good English communication skills and a genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, AI, and FinTech.
