Key Account Manager – Commercial Risk

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Commercial Risk to join our Al Khobar office. In this role you will manage and grow relationships with our most important insurance clients, ensuring their risk needs are met with tailored solutions while collaborating with internal teams across the Kingdom and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their operations and risk profiles.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and pursue new business to expand the client base.
• Manage the renewal process, review existing coverage and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims and other internal departments to deliver seamless service.
• Produce market analysis reports, presentations and recommendations on trends and competitor actions.
• Assist clients through the claims process and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate account management effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Insurance, Risk Management, Risk Engineering or Actuarial studies.
• Relevant certifications such as ACII, CII UK, CPCU, CIC or CLU are a plus.
• Proven experience in account management within the insurance industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM tools.
