About the role
Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Manager – End Customer to lead sales initiatives for major end‑customer accounts in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will develop and execute business plans, drive revenue growth, and act as the primary liaison between customers and Axis’s internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and grow relationships with large end‑customer accounts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for existing and new customers.
- Monitor and achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post‑sales Support to deliver a 360° customer experience.
- Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis’s product and solution footprint across regions.
- Engage with major stakeholders, ecosystem partners and influence buying decisions.
- Represent Axis at trade shows, market events and industry associations to raise brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate account information and activity logs in Salesforce.
- Travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably selling high‑value technology solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to create compelling value propositions.
- Proactive, transparent, loyal and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
