Lead Structural Design Engineer

About the role

Kellogg Brown & Root is seeking a Lead Structural Design Engineer to head the design of complex structural systems for oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality foundation and structural solutions while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design foundation and structural systems for pipe racks, technology structures, and horizontal vessels.
• Prepare dynamic analyses and designs for foundations and structural components.
• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers throughout project phases.
• Ensure designs meet Saudi Aramco, ACI, AISC, and other relevant standards.
• Utilise industry‑standard software to produce accurate and efficient design outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proven experience with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes such as ACI and AISC.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
