Legal Analyst

About the role

The Legal Analyst provides legal and regulatory support to the Legal Support Unit and helps coordinate corporate legal activities across a diversified business that includes management, investment, event execution, conferences, and media production. This position ensures that legal documentation is organized, up‑to‑date, and aligned with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, track, and maintain legal documents and files related to company operations.
• Facilitate coordination between the Legal Support Unit and other departments such as GRC and Administrative Support.
• Assist in developing, updating, and monitoring policies and procedures in partnership with the Quality and Development Department.
• Perform administrative documentation and follow‑up tasks for legal matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Less than one year of professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
