Contract Manager – Supporting Services

About the role

The organization is seeking a Contract Manager to join its Supporting Services division. Reporting to the Project Management Office, the role will oversee commercial, supplier and service contracts, ensuring strong performance, risk mitigation and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, renewal and close‑out.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, supplier and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service levels.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, amendments and renewals.
• Strengthen contract governance, compliance and documentation.
• Maintain accurate contract registers and reporting.
• Collaborate with PMO, Legal, Procurement and business leaders.
• Provide contractual support to key projects and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management, commercial management or procurement.
• Proven hands‑on experience in contract drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
