Legal Counsel – Pharmaceutical Company (Riyadh)

About the role

The leading pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its Riyadh office. You will provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters, ensuring the business operates within the applicable legal framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Identify legal and compliance risks and deliver practical, business‑focused recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with guidance on business activities and decisions.
• Manage disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as required.
• Assist with licensing, transactions and other legal projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 5–8+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong background in commercial contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk management.
• Available for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
