About the role
The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services to Integrated Solution Group units, ensuring contracts and projects comply with Saudi laws and protect the company's interests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal opinions, advice, and guidance on commercial and operational matters.
- Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and legal risk mitigation.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support implementation of compliance requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts, operations, and partnerships.
- Assist in handling disputes, coordinate with external counsel, and maintain legal documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or related field.
- 2‑4 years of experience in legal affairs, advisory, contract management, or corporate legal services.
- Familiarity with Saudi laws and regulations.
