About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team on a remote, contract basis. You will work closely with product and domain experts to ensure contracts and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize outcomes while managing risk.
• Analyze cases and perform in‑depth legal research to deliver actionable insights.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, managing multi‑turn conversations with AI agents.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and enhance legal tools and applications.
