Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will support the development and coordination of the Compliance and Risk Management function in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures the business meets regulatory requirements, including data protection and financial crime, and aligns with group‑wide standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a flexible Compliance and Risk Management strategy and annual plan, keeping the framework up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and business initiatives.
• Produce assurance reports for senior executives, highlighting compliance performance, risk profile, trends and practical solutions.
• Identify upcoming regulatory changes and embed proportionate policies and procedures.
• Manage the mandatory training programme, track participation and coordinate with HR, Legal and Communications.
• Maintain breach and risk event reporting processes, including whistleblowing procedures and escalation to governance bodies.
• Provide day‑to‑day regulatory advice, liaise with external advisors and stay current on applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance, risk management or related regulatory functions.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, external advisors and regulators.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of data protection and financial crime regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance training and incident management processes.
