Logistics Finance Business Partner

About the role

Join JD.com as a Logistics Finance Business Partner (FBP) and play a pivotal role in aligning financial planning with the company’s logistics operations. You will support decision‑making, drive performance improvements, and ensure financial risks are managed across the supply‑chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor variances and recommend adjustments to meet financial targets.
• Establish KPI frameworks, produce analytical reports, identify anomalies and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with frontline operations to assess projects, provide financial insights and resolve cross‑functional bottlenecks.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as revenue inflation, delivery fraud, bad debt and liquidity issues.
• Design data models and automation tools, including BI dashboards, to streamline financial processes.
• Lead special projects such as industry research, competitor analysis and financial training initiatives.
