About the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for running production equipment safely and efficiently. You will monitor machines, perform routine adjustments, and ensure that output meets quality standards. This position works on a shift basis within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure machines run efficiently and safely throughout the shift.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and operational checks.
- Inspect products to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Record production data and report any operational issues.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Report machine breakdowns and technical problems to the Supervisor or Maintenance Team.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- 2‑3 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong safety awareness.
