Marketing & Growth Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead our digital acquisition efforts and drive revenue for Dr. Scent, a premium fragrance solutions provider. The role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring high‑quality leads and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve targets for lead generation, conversion rates and marketing‑driven revenue.
• Manage the full marketing funnel from awareness to sale, working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
• Plan, launch and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and marketplace platforms, analysing performance data to inform decisions.
• Lead a cross‑functional marketing team (content, ads, design, PR), prioritising tasks and fostering continuous development.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to troubleshoot deal failures and enhance the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably with e‑commerce exposure.
• Proven record of managing paid‑media campaigns and improving conversion rates.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Deep understanding of how marketing activities translate into sales results.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results.
