About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue growth across all hotel outlets and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand standards.
- Manage all digital channels, including social media, website content, online campaigns, and email marketing.
- Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and campaigns to maximise hotel exposure.
- Create engaging marketing materials, advertisements and promotional content.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Revenue teams to drive occupancy, F&B and event revenues.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers and suppliers.
- Track marketing budgets, prepare monthly performance reports and evaluate ROI.
- Support planning and execution of hotel events, seasonal promotions and community initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel marketing.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
