Media Buyer & Performance Marketer (Saudi Market)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The role focuses on driving acquisition, retention and conversion for mobile applications and e‑commerce businesses within the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Manage performance campaigns for both mobile apps and e‑commerce brands.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids and creatives to meet KPI and ROAS targets.
• Analyse customer journeys, attribution models and funnel performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creative.
• Track and report results with actionable insights.
• Handle app attribution and analytics platforms, conduct audience research, A/B testing and scaling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
• Strong experience in mobile app marketing and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Proficiency with MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and user behaviour.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
