Media Services Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Media Services Coordinator to support media operations for a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring that journalists, photographers, broadcasters and other accredited media stakeholders have a seamless experience across all tournament venues.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination and delivery of media services at assigned venues.
• Assist with setup and readiness of press areas, media workspaces, interview zones and mixed zones.
• Liaise with venue operations, accreditation, security, IT, transport and other functional teams.
• Provide on‑site assistance to journalists, photographers, broadcasters and other media representatives.
• Help organise media briefings, venue inspections, rehearsals and operational meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for media stakeholders and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain media schedules, documentation, contact lists and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to meet media requirements.
• Support match‑day and event‑day media operations and monitor operational needs.

Required profile

• Available to work onsite in Saudi Arabia from ASAP until February 2027.
• Experience on at least two to three large‑scale international sporting or entertainment events.
• Previous exposure to media services, broadcasting, press operations or event operations.
• Strong coordination, organisational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with extended hours, weekends and match days.
• Fluent in English.
