About the role
The Medical Representative will drive sales growth and market penetration for our pharmaceutical portfolio within an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promote our products, and secure new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using a relationship‑based approach.
- Demonstrate product features and assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Research and develop prospective customer lists and prepare clear written proposals and quotations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate sales activities with marketing, logistics, and technical service teams.
- Analyze territory potential, create customer value plans, and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at conferences, conventions, and other industry events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field.
- Results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using contact‑management or CRM software.
