About the role
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead legal research initiatives for a global software development leader. Working remotely, you will bridge law and technology, turning complex regulatory requirements into actionable product guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to support product decisions.
- Design and build technical frameworks that automate legal‑research workflows.
- Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
- Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation and compliance guidelines for development teams.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
- Proven experience in regulatory analysis and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Legal research methodologies and tools.
- Ability to translate legal concepts into technical requirements.
