Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead legal research initiatives for a global software development leader. Working remotely, you will bridge law and technology, turning complex regulatory requirements into actionable product guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to support product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks that automate legal‑research workflows.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and compliance guidelines for development teams.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in regulatory analysis and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Legal research methodologies and tools.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into technical requirements.
