Network Administrator

About the role

The Network Administrator is responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and continuous availability of network services for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor network devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist in installing and configuring network equipment and access points.
• Monitor network performance and report technical issues.
• Provide basic network‑related technical support to end users.
• Assist in routine network maintenance activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation and records.
• Follow approved information security policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hold a CCNA certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• CCNA certification.
• Knowledge of network device operation and maintenance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining external networks and customer access points.
