About the role
Join Amazon's Seller Services team in Riyadh and help small and medium‑sized businesses launch and grow on amazon.sa. As a New Accounts Manager you will drive new business acquisition, evaluate prospects, and support sellers as they make their product range available to millions of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and recruit high‑potential sellers to amazon.sa via phone or email.
- Prioritise and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Provide data‑driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimise their performance on Amazon.
- Educate sellers on Amazon’s high standards for delivery and customer experience.
- Enable sellers to master Amazon’s tools and systems for catalog, inventory and performance management.
- Learn category specifics to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items and pricing opportunities.
- Track and report business development results, analyse data and interpret reports for your seller portfolio.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse business performance.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
