About the role
The Office Administrator will support the broader office administration function across 17 global locations, acting as the primary local point of contact for Finance, IT, Marketing and HR. Based in Riyadh, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations and liaises with central teams to align local requirements with global standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Government Relation Officer: maintain legal entity records, set up business accounts on government portals, process visas, renew Iqamas and company licences, and liaise with landlords.
- Manage office suppliers (security, telecoms, travel, building management, office supplies) within budget and keep organized systems for invoices and contracts.
- Provide administrative support to consultants, including diary management, travel arrangements and preparation of client deliverables.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
- Front‑of‑house duties: screen calls and messages, route and respond appropriately.
- Handle local office procurement, billing, cash collection, banking and cash‑book management.
- Act as key liaison for local advisors and head‑office on payroll, accounting and tax matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Saudi nationality (Saudi‑only position).
