About the role
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our Riyadh branch, overseeing daily operations and driving growth across transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah and VIP services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, travel agents and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee timely execution of services and client requirements.
- Oversee branch administration, documentation, expense control, vendor management and office assets.
- Lead, coach and develop branch staff, fostering a customer‑focused, performance‑driven environment.
- Prepare and present operational, sales and management reports, monitoring branch performance.
- Support process‑improvement projects and the transition to automated systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, including branch or office management in transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah or similar services.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, client servicing, transport coordination, budgeting, reporting and ERP/CRM systems.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
