Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a food and beverage (F&B) business in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in F&B operations, team leadership, cost control and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Monitor sales, costs, profitability and operational KPIs.
• Lead and manage F&B teams, including supervisors and outlet staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service and brand compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training and employee performance.
• Control inventory, purchasing, wastage and food costs.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing and other departments.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and Saudi regulations.
• Support new outlet openings, operational improvements and business expansion.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, F&B Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or large F&B operations (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, inventory and P&L.
• Proven team leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi F&B market and regulations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
