Outdoor Sales Executive – Tires (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive specialized in B2B tire sales to join our team in Riyadh and the Eastern Province. The role focuses on expanding our customer base among fleet operators, distributors, workshops and commercial businesses while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with B2B customers, including fleet operators, dealerships and commercial enterprises.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the tire portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits, present product offerings and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Mandatory experience in the tire industry with solid product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑driven and capable of managing a designated sales territory independently.
