About the role
FAENA The Red Sea is building a world‑class hospitality destination in Saudi Arabia. As a People & Culture Coordinator you will support the HR team in delivering seamless, human‑focused experiences for all colleagues, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily People & Culture operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential administration.
- Coordinate onboarding, preparing offers, contracts, letters and certificates.
- Maintain up‑to‑date colleague records and HR systems with strict data integrity.
- Assist recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support employee engagement events, training sessions, and learning initiatives.
- Liaise with Government Relations to verify visa, Iqama and compliance documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave and overtime records to aid payroll preparation.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, metrics and dashboards for leadership.
- Coordinate colleague housing and logistics with relevant teams.
- Manage internal communications such as announcements and newsletters.
- Assist with exit and end‑of‑service processes in line with local labor laws.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional People & Culture office environment.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or related administrative roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Saudi national, with strong attention to confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
