Performance Analyst – PMO & Enterprise Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Performance Analyst to support the PMO in building and managing a centralized enterprise performance dashboard environment using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The role will focus on creating live executive dashboards covering project performance, financials, operational KPIs, HR metrics, warehouse operations, contracts, procurement, and enterprise reporting across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive executive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and build enterprise reporting architecture with Microsoft Fabric.
• Create real‑time KPI monitoring systems and drill‑down dashboards from portfolio to project level.
• Design and maintain project performance dashboards covering schedule, cost, revenue, earned value, risk, and issue tracking for various project types.
• Integrate financial systems to produce P&L, revenue recognition, cash‑flow, budget vs. actual, OPEX/CAPEX, and profitability analyses.
• Build HR dashboards for headcount, Saudization, attendance, overtime, utilization, recruitment, and training KPIs.
• Develop warehouse and supply‑chain dashboards for inventory, asset tracking, material movement, vendor performance, and slow‑moving stock.
• Connect multiple data sources (ERP, HR systems, Excel files, SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and create ETL pipelines ensuring data quality and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or Business Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, enterprise analytics, PMO reporting, and financial dashboarding.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to communicate effectively with executives and operational teams.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and business acumen in finance and project operations.
