About the role
As a Procurement Manager in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City, you will lead the purchasing function, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives to support the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead competitive sourcing and negotiate purchasing contracts.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, especially for supplier changes or spend optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operations and production needs are met.
- Manage contract negotiations, supplier performance, and implementation.
- Deliver cost‑savings, efficiency and service‑effectiveness targets.
- Create and align category buying strategies with stakeholders.
- Draft, adjust and implement purchasing contracts.
- Drive adoption of organisation‑wide agreements within assigned categories.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities across procurement processes.
- Track and report Value for Money initiatives.
- Contribute to cross‑functional sourcing projects and joint procurement initiatives.
- Analyse data to support procurement decisions and increase agreement uptake.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, health & safety and quality standards.
- Meet all relevant KPIs and travel as required.
- Perform other duties aligned with the role’s level and responsibilities.
