Procurement Specialist

About the role

Fulla Trading Company is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing of chemical products for its Saudi operations. Based in Riyadh, the role will support the supply chain by sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source chemical products in line with customer demand and market trends.
• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders using ERP or procurement systems.
• Evaluate and maintain supplier relationships, conducting performance and compliance reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, logistics and operations teams to guarantee seamless delivery.
• Monitor procurement records, ensure accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within chemical or industrial supply chains.
• Familiarity with GCC/Saudi procurement regulations and commercial practices.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, compare quotations and optimise costs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

• ERP or procurement system usage for order creation, tracking and reconciliation.
• Data analysis for cost optimisation and supplier evaluation.
