Production Operator – Water Factory

About the role

The Operator will work on the production line at Almanhal Water Factory, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and maintaining product quality. This role is essential for meeting daily production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse according to production orders.
• Perform testing procedures to confirm machines operate optimally during production.
• Learn and follow the standard operating procedures for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports when abnormalities occur.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on bottles.
• Conduct water‑quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail for material checks, batch verification, and quality sampling.
• Willingness to work shifts and collaborate in operational review meetings.
