Customer Success Manager – After Market Services (Saudi national)

About the role

The Aftermarket Service Manager is responsible for managing existing customer contracts and creating new ones in the assigned region, aligning customer goals with Honeywell’s business objectives. The role focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and engineering activities related to migration and upgrades, while proactively delivering spot services to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring constant communication and tailored solutions.
• Act as a product, company and industry ambassador, educating customers on solution capabilities.
• Develop a data‑led customer journey model and align internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to design upsell and cross‑sell strategies and drive campaigns.
• Conduct regular business reviews to optimize product usage, resolve issues proactively, and deliver value.
• Evaluate risk for each customer, mitigate dissatisfaction, and drive retention throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Experience with Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) solutions.
• Customer‑facing background with delivery of business and process optimization.
