Senior Manager, Supplier Performance

About the role

The Supplier Performance Leader in Saudi Arabia is a pivotal role within Raytheon's Operations & Supply Chain organization, based in Jeddah Industrial City #3. The role drives exceptional performance at key suppliers for high‑visibility localization programs, elevating low‑maturity suppliers to meet Raytheon's quality, cost and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management strategies to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives at supplier sites, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction.
• Establish, monitor and report weekly and monthly performance metrics using the CORE tier management framework.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and program teams to align supplier objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier performance, supply chain or operations management, with a proven record of driving metric‑oriented improvements in low‑maturity environments.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
