Project Manager – Construction & Landscape Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large‑scale landscape, infrastructure and construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute landscape and construction projects in line with contractual requirements.
• Manage daily operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination and site supervision.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flows and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality and technical specifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements and work programs.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, feedback and guidance.
• Manage procurement schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure accurate completion of handover files, as‑built drawings and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale construction or landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
