Project Manager – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of learning and development projects for our clients. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards, and mentor junior coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules based on client requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate status updates, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, operations and subject‑matter experts to meet client expectations.
• Maintain regular client communication to address requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans as needed.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses to improve delivery processes.
• Mentor and coach project coordinators on project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B learning and development.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
