AI Prototyping Workshop Facilitator (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking experienced facilitators to lead hands‑on AI prototyping workshops and 1:1 mentoring sessions for non‑technical and semi‑technical employees. Participants will select the right AI tools and build functional prototypes or demos within days.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical, interactive workshops on AI‑assisted prototyping for web, mobile, and marketing use‑cases.
• Guide each team in choosing appropriate tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Softr, v0, Replit, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Teach effective prompt engineering and rapid iteration techniques.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring to unblock teams, review progress, and raise demo quality.
• Advise on data privacy, confidentiality, and approved‑tool usage within regulated corporate environments.
• Ensure every team reaches demo day with a confident, showcase‑ready prototype.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing and delivering workshops or training.
• Proven facilitation experience in corporate, preferably regulated sectors such as banking or financial services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with an energetic, confident facilitation style.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of current AI tools: Lovable, Bolt, Base44, Softr, v0, Replit, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with no‑code/low‑code app building platforms.
